Welcome to Surrey Osteopathy and Wellness

Radhika Madahar

Radhika is an established and respected Osteopath who graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 with a Masters in Osteopathy and Diploma in Naturopathy. Since graduating Radhika has worked in various clinical settings across Surrey and has spent 4 years working at the Osteopathic Centre for Children where she completed the Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy.

She routinely diagnoses and manages patients from a variety of backgrounds. Carrying out effective examination and diagnosis allows her to provide tailor made treatment that caters for individual patient needs which has resulted in her receiving excellent patient feedback.

With a gentle touch and attention to detail, Radhika focuses on assessing and treating incorrect biomechanical structures and improving function as a whole, not just looking at isolated areas of pain, promoting balance and long term relief from pain and dysfunction. She is also qualified in dry needling (medical acupuncture) and kinesio taping which she now provides routinely in practice to the benefit of her patients.

Julia Pototskaja

Julia is a qualified osteopath from the Health Sciences University (former British School of Osteopathy), where she graduated with an M.Ost and over 1,000 hours of MSK clinical experience. Julia is currently participating in the Core Clapton Graduate Associate Programme focused on chronic pain management.

Julia is a certified Pilates instructor (Matwork & Reformer) with over a decade of experience in movement education, sports massage and manual therapy.

She combines detailed clinical assessment with osteopathic hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation exercise programmes to address the root cause of problems and support long-term recovery.

With a background in competitive sports, including show jumping, gymnastics, athletics and water sports, she has personally experienced and managed a wide range of injuries and degenerative issues. This has shaped her understanding of pain and her deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt and heal.

Julia’s aim is not only to relieve symptoms but to help the patients understand their body and feel confident in it. She believes that education removes fear and movement builds confidence, creating the foundation for lasting function, reduced pain and a more active, joyful life.

She enjoys working with patients of all ages, whether addressing acute pain or supporting long-term recovery from chronic conditions.
